From the 3rd to the 6th of July 2025, the Municipal Police of Madrid welcomed 6 delegations to observe their way of securing their famous MADO festival, this international music festival that has welcomed nearly 2 million participants in Madrid streets.
Representatives from Nice, Torino, ANCI, Bratislava, Vilnius and Brussels were transferred to the Police headquarters for an explanatory briefing covering event preparation, resources, involved police stations and command post.
They went to visit to different specialized police stations such as Diversity Management, Drone Unit or Integrated Security and Emergency Center (CISEM).
They were involved in the pre-parade preparations, including alcohol tests for parade floats and security deployment.
They also attend the 2025 parade from different locations such as Plaza de España, Puerta del Sol, Plaza de Chueca or Plaza del Rey.
The last day, they had the opportunity to discover the Integrated Security and Emergency Center.
